All custom-made items are final sale. Due to custom and made-to-order merchandise, we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds once the order has been placed. Please review product photos, videos, descriptions and details carefully before purchasing. We will review your issue and do our best to work with you and provide the best solution.
